The case is actually nice well constructed and very pretty however, I cannot charge through the case because the loop is in the way and causes the phone not to be able to connect to the charger when I lay flat. I’d like to be able to return it, but I can’t find out how to return it.

I love the loop, being able to hold the phone while I’m out and about. What I really don’t like is that I can’t just easily throw it in my back pocket because the loop doesn’t lay flat/flush. I also can only put it face down on the table because of the way it lays due to the loopy holder. Personally I don’t like it but the case is nice and I’ll keep it until it breaks.
