Throughout the day, our phones are placed on multiple surfaces and stored in bags and pockets which can cause visible wear over time. We recommend weekly, removing your case from your device, uninstalling your Loop, and washing both with warm water and Dawn dish soap. This will help remove any residue or build-up. Once your case and Loop are both completely dry, simply reinsert your Loop and reinstall your case. We hope this helps!
