I have used nothing but Loopy cases for MANY years! I've tried some others but always come back to Loopy!
2 suggestions: 1- Every person does NOT have an Iphone. I use a Samsung Galaxy S series. I feel like you lose customers due to not having a few cases ready for the Samsung launches
2. Have you thght a return for old cases? For recycling? I personally have a box of older cases that are not of use to me anymore.
