Orientations Explained

• Which orientation should I purchase?
  Loopy is available in Righty (for those who hold their phones with their RIGHT hand), Lefty (for those who hold their phones with their LEFT hand), and, for select models, Ambidextrous (which allows for use with either hand).  *Ambidextrous models are only available for older model Loopy's and select, (and usually) smaller phone models at this time.
• Why do all Loopy Cases not have the same orientation options?
  Popularity is a huge part of this.  If the model is super popular, we're able to offer a Lefty or Righty model.  In contrast, if a model phone is not as popular, we'll offer an Ambidextrous version to allow for a larger array of colors/designs to be offered for that model.  In addition to this, the phone's size will also help determine this (in many cases).  Regardless of what options are offered, a TON of research and in-field testing goes into the design of each Loopy to ensure that the loop placement is perfect for that device.
• Can I have Lefty, Righty, and Ambidextrous orientation all in the same Loopy Case?
  Since the loop orientation is physically set in the case itself, this is not possible. But don't worry! If you order one orientation and find it isn't for you, we offer a 30 day exchange policy to trade it in for one that suits your needs!
• Returning lefty customer?
  Welcome back!  We've updated our website as of summer 2020 to have an all-new drop-down selector to pick your orientation!  This allows you to order the correct Loopy without having to enter 'LEFTY' in the notes, like we had to in the past.  We hope that this is much more convenient for you! :)
• What is an Ambidextrous model?
  This is a new model we've been working on for select devices.  It's not always possible to offer Lefty and Righty models for all devices due to popularity and the age of some older phones.  This new model has the loop directly down the middle.  Don't worry - we wouldn't offer it if we didn't stand behind it.  It is only offered for older models with phone sizes that allow for it to happen!  *Please note that this orientation is only available for select models and cannot be requested for others if not available on the drop-down.
