Returns

In the rare instance that you decide you would like to return your Loopy case, we will issue a full refund within 30 days of purchase using the same method of payment used to purchase the case initially.  In order to do so, please contact Loopy Cases via email (team@loopycases.com) titled 'Return Request'.  Be sure to include your name and order number (if you have it on hand) in the email, along with a quick description to let us know why you need to return your case.

Once you send us over an email and we confirm the return of your case, you can package it up and send it back to us at:

Upon receiving the case, Loopy Cases will refund the cost of the case, excluding shipping costs upon receiving the case in the mail.  The case being returned must be with all original packaging and loops.  Loopy Cases is not responsible for shipping costs when sending the case back for a return.  Please contact us directly for any other questions you may have.  Thank you!

 

Loopy Cases reserves the right to inspect defective products against negligible acts and also reserves the right to withhold refunds/replacements for any reason. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We cannot grant replacements if the product was given as a gift if there is no receipt available. We must have a receipt or proof of purchase in order to replace any product. If this is the case, please contact the person who gave the gift and ask them for the receipt, have them print out a receipt online, or feel free to have them contact us to find the order.
