We love what we do and completely stand behind our cases. In fact, our entire concept was built on the conceptual thinking that ‘there has to be a better way’. We believe that should go for customer service too. If at any time while you’re in the loop your Loopy Case fails to meet your expectations (and ours, and they are very high), we will replace your case immediately. We bust our rear ends to make sure we deliver the best product we possibly can, from loops to cases, so if any of our cases have any issues whatsoever, we want to know. We thank you for being in the loop and choosing Loopy Cases for your smartphone [proactive] protection.
Simply send us an email at team [at] loopycases [dot] com with a photo of the issue with the case, your full name in which the order was placed under, and a few details about what’s going on. Don’t worry about the invoice number, we’ll look it up on our end. We’ll be sure to check out the email and be in contact shortly thereafter. We work on getting back to customers within 24 hours, but please excuse if it takes a short amount of time more, we’re only human :)
Order the wrong model or upgrade your phone before getting your new Loopy and need an exchange? No problem. Simply contact us letting you know that you need an exchange. We'll send over our return address for you to send it back to us here at Loopy HQ. Please remember to include a note within your exchange to remind us what the exchange is for and we'll take care of it ASAP. We'll even cover the shipping fee of the new Loopy back to you. :)
In the rare instance you decide you'd like to return your Loopy, we will issue a full refund within 30 days of purchase using the same method of payment used to purchase the case initially. In order to do so, please contact us via email (team[at]loopycases[dot]com) titled 'Return Request'. Be sure to include your name and order number (if you have it on hand) in the email, along with a quick description to let us know what's up. We'll reply ASAP with instructions and a return address from there. The case being returned must be with all original packaging and loops. Loopy Cases is not responsible for shipping costs when sending the case back for a return. Also, please note that tempered glass that has been installed cannot be returned, nor can broken loops. Please contact us directly for any other questions you may have. Thank you!
