We will be updating this page to keep transparent about our shipping estimates and more, so this is your best source to gauge our progress on your orders.

Update for Early June:

Will there be a delay with my order?

Yes.  Loopy is not quite back to 100% operations due to COVID-related safety measures and how that intertwines with scheduling and workplace zoning with limited space.  We will update here once we are back to our normal lightning fast ship times.  We are doing absolutely everything we can to have your order to you ASAP! ☕⚡🎁

*Special note: Customer service has noticed orders placed between the 22-27th haven't had tracking updates but are seeing delivery.  Please expect tracking to be very spotty at this time.

When can I expect my order?

You may be used to our signature same-day shipping, but unfortunately, it's just not possible at this time.  It's important to know how we're operating right now so you can better track your order and manage expectations.  We're expecting all orders to take this path to completion:

Step 1: Approximately 1 week after your place your order to print your order. *Receiving the "Your Order has Shipped" email no longer means that your order is in the mail stream since we're unable to ship same-day right now.  There is a yellow box at the top of this email explaining our delays in processing.

Step 2: 1 day to pick/collect your order for our shippers.

Step 3: 1-2 days to pack/ship most orders.

Step 4: USPS picks up Mon-Sat at 4pm.  This is when your order's tracking code should technically start showing updates.  Important note: USPS is not scanning packages as diligently as they did pre-COVID.  Tracking may not update at all and your order may magically show up at your door step in around 3-5 days with our First-Class shipping option.  This is entirely out of our hands and we have noticed almost everyone in our business community forums are having the same issues with tracking.

Can I cancel my order?

If your order has not yet printed, you can email us to cancel your order.  Due to extreme volume right now, we cannot cancel orders after they are printed since they're nearly impossible to track down.  You can assume that your order will be in the mail stream 1-3 days after your shipping confirmation email due to increased demand and COVID safety procedures at Loopy HQ.

My tracking isn't updating, please help!

We unfortunately can't help with this one.  We're seeing only minor delays with some orders and longer ones with others.  We have resent dozens of orders only to find that the original order is arriving as we send out a second Loopy Case.  Due to the tracking delays on USPS' end, we will not be reshipping orders unless they are 21 days outside of our original print.

One business in our entrepreneur forum said this was their response from USPS:

“Due to COVID and fewer commercial flights, USPS is using trucks and is incurring delays. Please let customers know that USPS is experiencing the effects of COVID. We have had to skip some scans.

Is Team Loopy staying safe at this time?

Yes!  Everyone is required to wear a mask, practice strict hygiene upon entering Loopy HQ, and stay home if they or anyone around them has experienced COVID-related symptoms.  We're also creating one-way walk zones, 6 foot distanced work zones and more within Loopy's facility.  We learned a ton about safety in the workplace with a very small team during our operational slowdown, and we've ported these findings to a larger workforce once our stay-home orders were lifted.

We have noticed personal orders from other companies have very spotty tracking and may never update before arriving at our doorstep.  Thank you for your patience during this abnormal time!

Hold Your Phone with Your Left Hand?


Do you HOLD your phone with your left hand?  If so, you'll want to request a LEFTY Loopy!  It's no problem because we make them, too! :)


In short, the hand that grabs your phone (most of the time) is the orientation you want for your Loopy Case.


All Loopy Cases are righties by default.  If you'd like a left-handed Loopy, please choose Lefty in the drop-down menu!  Returning Lefty customers: We now use this new drop-down system and no longer use cart order notes for Lefty noting as of summer 2020! :)

Having trouble deciding?  Simply answer this question: which hand do you hold your phone with MOST of the time? If the left hand, please request a LEFTY model via the instructions above. If the right hand, no note is needed since this is the default orientation for Loopy :)


Can I still use my phone with my right hand if I get a lefty model?  Absolutely. Most of us here at Loopy HQ use our cases with both hands with EASE. Our loops are made to be comfortable and versatile for use with both of your hands. The loop angle is simply there to give you maximum comfort with your dominant hand, but does not hinder your ability to use it with the other.
